My forgotten blog

So between being gone for 2 weeks and just trying to spend less time on the computer while RW is awake, I never seem to have time to post on the blog. So RW is awake but happily entertaining himself, and I have already tackled the kitchen, so I decided I would give in and post.

Our trip to PA was splendid. RW did wonderfully on the plane, everyone thought he was cute and he loved smiling at everybody. He did not take long to adjust to all the new faces and was having fun running around and exploring new houses. All of which were much bigger than our apartment, so coming home was a bit of a bummer for him I think.

While in PA we did a whole lot of just relaxing and enjoying the time with family. Since we both have already lived there for some time, there wasn't much of a need for sight seeing. Plus everything we really wanted to see was under the same roof as us.

RW spent a week in the same house as a 6 year old black lab and much to my suprise they got along wondefully. The initial greeting was a bit overwhelming but after that they were best buds. They would follow each other around, Anna (the dog) would shower him in kisses, and he would sit on her and next to her and neither seemed to mind. RW also enjoyed chasing cats around at my parents. I am sure they were happy to get there house back to themselves.

Rich has started his new semester today and is fairly optimistic. Hopefully all will go well. He is still working at Shapeup, and is still looking to find something else. We are looking into finding him a job using his associates degree, so we will see where that goes.

I am just trying to get back into the swing of things, so far its a slow and steady process. I have been feeling great and since we have had beautiful weather lately I have been trying to get out and walk everyday, and also get RW out of the house. The Baby seems to be doing just fine, and I am starting to notice I look pregnant, but I doubt other people do. I have an appointment on the 31 and we will probably find out when we will be doing our ultrasound.

So that is the update on us, at least for now. SO until the next post....
