Water fun

So Rich has been wanting to get into fishing for some time now, and finally we have gotten him a pole and license. We have tried to make it out at least once a week, there are a lot of close by places to go.
Today we went to a place where the kids could easily get in the water and Rich could fish. Ginny was in her floaty thing, she LOVED it even with the water being a bit chilly. Rw was in his life vest thing and had a blast swimming around. I sat on a rock and enjoyed the water. About 15-20 min into our outing Rich caught his first fish of the season! It was a bass I guess. Not big but not teeny. He let it go since we weren't planning to keep any today. When he let it go it swam between my feet and rubbed against my ankle. I squealed like a little girl. Ridiculous I know.
I am so glad my kids are so fond of the water, I hope they never lose that.
