Sew much to do Sew little time...

I have what seems like a gazillion projects going on right now. It is mostly self inflicted with a few orders and requests thrown in. I am super excited to see how a lot of the projects turn out though.

I have been working on mainly christmas presents, which include some table runners, coasters, car cozy's, wall hangings, quilts, Ruffle bum bloomers, owl baby toy, and some dolls. All of these are at least 10% done.

It seems like everywhere I turn I am finding new projects I want to do, like quilted alphabet letters, napkins, clothes for Ginny, and who knows what else.

My favorite project I am working on is one I designed all by myself, and if it turns out how I have it pictured I will consider myself a genius for a while. I don't consider myself an expert at anything, and I can't say I really love sewing, at least not yet. Maybe when 60% of my projects reflect the genius I am hoping to achieve on this quilt I am currently working on, then we will have less frustration at the various mistakes and failures. Like the shoes I made for Ginny the other day, fail. They fall off because the back of the heel is too short, so there is a total lack of functionality.

Well here is the general idea of my newest quilt, you know my Genius one...
the drawing is small, but you get the idea. I have tweaked it a bit since that drawing, but its the same general idea. those are my first 2 blocks finished and sewn together!
