So I bought Rich "The Guardians" book series for Christmas, he read the first two before me and hasn't read the third yet, I started reading them to the kids at bedtime, and just finished the third one, and I'm mad. I thought because all I could find were the three books, that there were only three books. So as I near the end of the last chapter I am expecting closure, it never came. Then on the last page it tells me to continue the story in the next book, well I've looked and looked, and that next book does not exist. There is no mention of a release date no mention of it on the authors blog, or on the series web page.
I know it's not really that big of deal, but I mean really how rude. Now I have to wait who knows how long to find out what happens next. It just wasn't expected. So fair warning, while you can only find 3 books, there are more you just can't find them anywhere.

I know what you mean. I was reading a series based on the Book of Mormon and at the end the author had split up the main love birds. I had to wait a year for the next book. So frustrating.
