Pennsylvania! part one

So as promised, here we go....

The "whole reason" I went to Pennsylvania this summer was to be a part of Logan (my brother) and Lindsay's (my newest sister-in-law) wedding!

A Little back story: Logan and Lindsay (L&L) have been dating for like 10+ years, so really they were practically married before now they have just made it legal. They somehow met in 8th grade and started talking on the phone every night, then started going to movies and hanging out at the other persons house frequently, bought each other gifts for major holidays. They never took a break, that I know of, and even kept it going while at different colleges, and with my brother going on a 2 year mission, and then being separated for almost the whole year before their wedding. So really L&L are your picture perfect high school/ middle school sweet hearts.
The happy couple

Awww...
Anyway so I got in on the 14th and their wedding was the 19th. The ceremony was beautiful, however my kids put a damper on it by taking turns crying throughout the whole thing. FABULOUS. After the cutest ceremony ever of the two HAPPIEST people, we had the reception which was just as perfect. It was a small affair, and there was good food, fun dancing and all in the company of some spectacular people. Welcome to the family Lindsay, at least you had time to realize what you were getting into.

Grandma Goff made Ginny a cute little outfit!
Ginny and I looking pretty
Rw and his Great Grandpa Lindel
Ginny and my Uncle Rick. This was standard Ginny for the first little bit of the trip.
The week after the wedding is one of the BIGGEST weeks that happens during the whole year in North East PA, it was Harford Fair week. It's not a big fancy fair, but its the fair, and its just what you do. It's the same fair my dad grew up going to, so it was really great to be able to have the kids go with him. The kids had a blast! RW watched the tractor pull, got to pet cows, and see all sorts of other animals, and thanks to my friend Loren, also got to pet a horse. We ate milkshakes, funnel cakes, ice cream, and gyros and it was fantastic.
I really don't know how I ended up the pig....

Look at him go!
Riding the train!
Logan being the cool uncle
He loved the "hmmhmmys"
Cutest puppy ever!
The week after the fair it got really fun. I got a stomach bug. it lasted 2 weeks. Told you it got fun. It was only really horrible for a week, and it didn't horribly impede my ability to have fun, but you can imagine...

Throughout the 3 weeks I was there I went running and biking with my dad, and let me tell you, PA running and ID running are two completely different things. ID running is relatively flat with a few random hills. PA is ONE BIG HILL. it never ends, never!

I love you dad. Thanks for the run.

There was A LOT that happened while at my parents, but I'll let pictures do most of the talking.
